  After applying for a loan at the West High St branch in Springfield and receiving a call that I had been approved for the full amount, I was please. However, the loan was approved through LSI which are loan underwriters for another company through IHECU who revoke the right to change an approval for a loan amount. I called the west high branch and spoke to vicki who couldn't find the loan, and finally after a few hours when I called back, had found the loan to be pending. She then calls me the next day and tells me the loan was approved for less than half of what was requested. I was infuriated. I had been approved and started planning for use of the money and within a day the whole thing changed. I decided to try another branch, the west first st branch where I spoke to Caysci Cutlip who was AMAZING. she was able to fix the problem and was beyond helpful. She found multiple errors on the processing of the original application. I am only staying with this bank because of her. The five stars are for her service. West high st would have gotten NONE.

  No way to call them during non-business hours. No online banking support between 5pm Friday and 9am Monday. System is down and no one is available to help. They also overdraft your account on purpose and don't waive any fees. Staff is all helplessly useless when using ANY sort of new technology (like a computer). Even when the online banking system was working, it was horribly outdated and barely functional. Avoid this bank at all costs.
