- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Arrived at 4:58 and was told that they were closed. I just needed to drop off my deposit. Upper valley has never given me an issue as to closing early. Upper valley is my preferred location but I have moved across town and east main is the most convenient location. I revel a friendly staff and easy to work with environment when i first penned my accounts with east main back in 2007. They were rude when telling me they were closed with no apology. Just dismissed. Very disappointed. I try my best to get there asap worth what my schedule allows me to.By Joshua Castle, February 28, 2017
